La 72 edición de la entrega de los Globos de Oro (que entrega la Asoación de Prensa Extranjera en Hollywood fue un derroche de glamour y emoción. Para los mexicanos, se trató de una ceremonia cargada de expectativa en torno al trabajo del mexicano Alejadro González Iñárritu y el elenco que lo acompañó en la cinta "Birdman".
La ceremonia, conducida por segunda ocasión consecutiva por por las conocidas actrices y humoristas Tina Fey (Rockefeller Plaza) y Amy Poehler (Parks and Recreation), arrancó carcajadas a los asistentes que, no obstante, no dejaron de mostrar su nerviosismo.
