Imparable, así es como se vislumbra "Birdman", la nueva película de Alejandro González Iñárritu, ahora que han comenzado a destaparse las nominaciones de la temporada de premios internacionales a lo mejor del cine.
Este jueves por la mañana se dieron a conocer los candidatos a la 72 edición de los Globos de Oro, y la cinta del mexicano tiene todas las de ganar después de haberse adjudicado siete nominaciones, entre las que destacan Mejor Guión, Mejor Película de Comedia o Musical y Mejor Banda Sonora.
En la entrega de los premios, la cual se llevará a cabo el próximo 11 de enero, González Iñárritu también se disputará el galardón en una de las categorías más importantes, la de Mejor Director, misma que ganó el año pasado su compatriota, Alfonso Cuarón, por la película "Gravedad".
Los actores de la cinta tampoco han dejado de hacer ruido. Tras obtener nominaciones en los premios del Sindicato de Actores de EU (SAG por sus siglas en inglés), Michael Keaton, Emma Stone y Edward Norton de nueva cuenta corroboran su talento con nominaciones en las categorías de Mejor Actor en una Comedia o Musical, Mejor Actriz de Reparto y Mejor Actor de Reparto, respectivamente.
La semana pasada, “Birdman” obtuvo en Nueva York dos de los principales premios de los cineastas independientes, los “Gotham Independent Film Awards”, que se entregaron en La Gran Manzana, el premio “Best Feature” (el principal de la noche), mientras que Michael Keaton, el protagonista de la cinta, se alzó con el premio para el “Mejor Actor”.
